Behind The Scenes

I recently went to Chicago for a NAEYC Conference Nov 4th-8th 2007. I had a wonderful time! I went to some wonderful trainings that I hope will be benificial to my childcare business. I also felt like a little kid! Every day during circle time we sing songs by: Dr. Jean, Greg & Steve, Ella Jenkins, and The Learning Station. I got to meet them and even had my picture taken with some of them. I got to meet BOB......ya Bob from Sesame Street. I grew up with this man! I was so excited! We met Larry the Lobster from Scholastic. He was so cute! We came home with so much free stuff! It was wonderful! I ran into a wonderful lady that use to work at our Childcare Resource and Referral and moved out of state. It was great to see her again!! I was able to do a small amount of sight seeing....it is the most beautiful thing I have seen.
