We went to Mitchelvillage to sing and do a craft with the residents. We had a great time. They even gave us a snack! We went to the park and Mc Donald's! What a great time had by all!
I would like to THANK Melissa and Mindi for help with an awsome Grandparent's Day Picnic! We had a wonderful turn out! We had 27 grandparents! We had a great day and it didn't rain! We hope all you Grandparents had a great day and hope to see ya next year or sooner! You are welcome to attend any up coming field trips....just let me know! If anyone has any picnic pictures they would like to share just let me know!
No, your eyes are not playing tricks on you! Yes, you see school-age kids at preschool time. I was not feeling well on Wednesday and I rescheduled preschool for Friday. Friday the school-age children didn't have school and some normal preschool friends were not able to attend preschool. So, we invited the school-age children to join us in our play dough making fun! All I have to say is the room smelled WONDERFUL! We made homemade pumpkin pie playdough. We tried to make the play dough orange.....that didn't work because of the spices, it turned out brown! Like a baked pumpkin pie!! (to funny!) Everyone got to help make the play dough! I will get the recipe posted on here for everyone to have! I hope you get a chance to make a batch on your own! ENJOY!
Thank You Newton Fire Department! We had a GREAT time! We enjoyed learning about the fire trucks and the ambulances. It was neat to see you all dressed up in your fire gear. We learned so much. Thanks for allowing us to hug you so we wouldn't be scarred if we were in a fire and needed to be rescued. We relized you weren't scarry and that we should never run and hide if we see you coming toward us! We hope to see you again next year! Thank You!
Thank You Mitchellvillage for having us come to your Halloween party! We really enjoyed the snacks & treats! Thanks! It was so neat to see everyone in their costumes! We really liked them all......to hard to choose who was the best! The staff was all dressed so neat! Some were larger than life! It was a very fun day. We enjoyed singing our fall songs. We are still were a little shy.....working on that! Thanks for everything!
December was a busy month! The kids did a wonderful job at our Winter Program! I would like to THANK everyone that came and supported their child. I would like to THANK Missy for making our Christmas programs for us.
